REFUNDS / RETURNS
- Orders cannot be refunded.
- This includes if your clothing item does not fit - as a result, it is important to pay attention to the sizing chart and brand of apparel.
- We would love to offer our customers wonderfully easy returns such as the larger online retail sites, unfortunately it is not something we can implement at this stage as a start-up brand.
- As the growth of the brand continues, we hope to later implement some favorable return policies.
- Exchanges are only accepted, if an item is defective.
- To complete, we require an email within 5 days of delivery, detailing the defect + picture and order number. Please send email to: email@example.com.
- Following email notification of exchange approval, customer care will dispatch a replacement order to the address listed on file with the original order.
